Across five focused days, the teams aligned on a forward-looking strategy through 2031, visited key supply chain partners across China, and built the kind of cross-team connections that only happen face to face.

An intensive and productive week that brought the full business together in one place for the first time, creating an opportunity to align teams, strengthen collaboration, and share perspectives across regions and functions.

Together, the team collaborated to identify a streamlined, holistic strategy to ensure YuMe remain nimble and responsive to individual regional and retail account demands, whilst balancing best practices in resource allocation. This included ideation around the thoughtful development of innovative new products and product lines across the company, discussions on how best to manage supply chain risk, and sharing sales wins and best practices across our global teams.
